Because collaborators are put under a lot of pressure in their work, offering them an 'extra' is never a bad idea!  And what relaxes more than a little bit of fresh sea air around you?  Take your collaborators to Holland on a traditional sailing boat (f.ex. Ijssel Lake or Wadden Sea).   In the evening, after a dinner on board or ashore, you can still enjoy some drinks at the bar on board.  Success guaranteed!
